04 of 7 · Search content & AI search
Found on Google, and recommended by ChatGPT.
Bullruns mapped what GTA sign buyers search for, reviewed the competition and built buyer guides that answer those questions directly, with structured data so AI assistants can read and quote them. Of the first 10 leads after launch, 6 came straight from ChatGPT and 3 from Google search. An AI guide writer now drafts a new guide every other Monday for the owners to approve.
Results
- Leads from ChatGPT
- 6 of the first 10

- “how much do channel letter signs cost toronto”
- Not on page 1 → #2
- Weekly search clicks
- 7 → 28 in the first week
Before
The problem.
No content answered buyers’ questions, so the site didn’t appear for searches like sign costs or permits.
