Installers send a photo. The website updates itself.
The WhatsApp content engine turns a finished install into marketing. Installers send photos and a voice note to a team WhatsApp number, AI writes a facts-only project page and social posts, and an owner approves it with one tap.
Results
- Project pages live
- 14 in the first three weeks
- Owner effort per job
- One tap
- Contractor cost per update
- $0
Before
The problem.
Finished jobs lived in installers’ camera rolls. Getting one onto the website meant briefing a contractor and paying for the update.
What we built
The system.
- A WhatsApp bot on Meta’s official Cloud API for the install team
- Asks only about what it can’t tell from the photos and voice note
- AI writes a facts-only project story and crops photos around the sign
- One-tap Approve or Request changes for the owners; first click wins
- Installers get a “your job is live” link when it publishes
- Every job logged in a shared Project & Lead Log sheet
